As a thank you, all clients will receive a 10% discount for each colleague they refer to Golden Standard. The discount will be applied to the job after the newly referred client pays their first invoice. The 10% discount is good for up to 100 pages. <\/span>There is no limit on the number of reporters you may refer.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

COMMUNICATION<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

I want to have an excellent partnership with you! Communication is key to any relationship, and this one is no exception. I will work hard to respond to your requests promptly and be aware of your specific needs.<\/span><\/p>

For 200+ page transcripts, please email me before sending the file to ensure I have time to complete it. Sending it in 50-100 page \u201cchunks\u201d is also helpful, as I can be working on one section while you are working on another. <\/span><\/p>

The written word is difficult sometimes, and everyone has their own opinions on certain types of punctuation. I work hard to mold my proofreading to your preferences by having each reporter fill out my reporter preferences sheet.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>

TURNAROUND TIME<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Regular turnaround is 5 business days. Anything needing work on weekends\/holidays will be charged the daily rate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Rough Transcripts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Any transcript that includes a large number of untrans and\/or has not been spellchecked\u00a0will incur an additional fee of $0.35\/pg (Standard), $0.50\/pg (Rush), $0.60\/pg (Daily).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

It is important to note that part of The Golden Standard is abiding by the Golden Rule. I treat you the way I hope to be treated. Whether this means friendly customer service, quick turnaround times, or even a little joke at the end of a tough transcript, my goal is to make you look good.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>

BILLING POLICIES<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Invoices are sent out on the 1st<\/sup>\u00a0of the month for established clients, and payment is expected within 30 days. New clients and one-off jobs are billed upon completion and payment is expected within 15 days. After that, late fees may apply.<\/span><\/p>

Payment is accepted via PayPal, Venmo, personal check, and all major credit cards.<\/span><\/p>
