NEW CLIENT DISCOUNT
I am happy to offer all new clients a 20% discount
on their first job.

REFERRAL DISCOUNT

As a thank you, all clients will receive a 10% discount for each colleague they refer to Golden Standard. The discount will be applied to the job after the newly referred client pays their first invoice. The 10% discount is good for up to 100 pages. There is no limit on the number of reporters you may refer. 

COMMUNICATION

I want to have an excellent partnership with you! Communication is key to any relationship, and this one is no exception. I will work hard to respond to your requests promptly and be aware of your specific needs.

For 200+ page transcripts, please email me before sending the file to ensure I have time to complete it. Sending it in 50-100 page “chunks” is also helpful, as I can be working on one section while you are working on another.

The written word is difficult sometimes, and everyone has their own opinions on certain types of punctuation. I work hard to mold my proofreading to your preferences by having each reporter fill out my reporter preferences sheet.

TURNAROUND TIME

Regular turnaround is 72 hours during business days. Anything needing work on weekends/holidays will be charged the daily rate. 

Rough Transcripts

Transcripts should be sent to me as close to turn-in ready as possible. Anything submitted in “rough” condition may be charged a higher rate due to the extra time needed to complete.

THE GOLDEN STANDARD

It is important to note that part of The Golden Standard is abiding by the Golden Rule. I treat you the way I hope to be treated. Whether this means friendly customer service, quick turnaround times, or even a little joke at the end of a tough transcript, my goal is to make you look good.

BILLING POLICIES

Invoices are sent out on the 1^st of the month for established clients, and payment is expected within 30 days. New clients and one-off jobs are billed upon completion and payment is expected within 15 days. After that, late fees may apply.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, Venmo, personal check, and all major credit cards.
